The Company:
Our client is an international leader in the industrial area of monolithic refractories. It operates a globally well-connected infrastructure, including a global technology center, local customization labs and mines that ensure raw material supply. Currently, our client implements an industrial improvement program.

The Responsibilities:
The Operational Excellence Manager implements the industrial improvement program on site, with the purpose to achieve operational excellence quality- and quantity-wise. This involves improving plant efficiency as well as fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

The Candidate: (m/f/d)
The candidate should have a solid education in the field of manufacturing or production engineeering in addition to strong operational experience within the refractory industry. As an open-minded, adaptable and analytical personality, the candidate is able to leverage a hands-on management style.
