Problem | Solution | |
Process optimization | There are communication and coordination problems, projects are not completed on time, overtime is piling up. | Optimization of processes, removal of superfluous tasks, establishment of effective key figure systems. |
Digitization | Cost pressure is increasing. Many people are busy with recurring tasks that require a lot of time. | Recurring tasks can be processed by the computer. |
Analytics | In many cases, data are available, but they are not made sufficiently visible and the right conclusions drawn from them, and in some cases there is no systematic analysis. | Evaluation using modern statistical methods, such as statistical design of experiments, data mining, algorithms, big data analysis. |
Software development | It is difficult to find good software developers who speak the language of managers and at the same time show new ways to solve tasks more efficiently than before. | Support in the development as “interpreter” up to own development. |
Risk management | There is no overview of which project will “burn” next, or where countermeasures must be taken. | Introduction of a quantitative, indicator-based system. |
What is TAS?
TAS Trust Advisory Services – as part of the TMC Group – has specialised in efficiency enhancements. Based on the long-time experience of partners and employees, modern approaches have been developed, which approach the topic of waste and inefficiency holistically. It starts with the classical process recording.
This is followed by process optimization and documentation as well as the implementation of these new processes.
Which methods of process optimisation are covered?
We cover the whole range of methods, such as LEAN, Kanban, Theory of Constraints, to name just a few keywords.
However, in most cases it is not enough to simply optimize processes or projects and file them in a PowerPoint or in a document. For sustainable solutions, software-based solutions are often necessary to make the new processes liveable and reduce duplicate work as well as input that already exists.
In order to help you to realize such an implementation, we can either support you by being the interface to software developers or we develop them ourselves.
Making complex things simple
Furthermore we deal with the topic of holistic visualization. A picture is worth a thousand words. We encounter graphs or diagrams in many areas and can make complex facts easier to understand.
But not only visualizations are important. Also what the numbers behind the graphs mean and how you can make more out of them. In many cases, artificial intelligence is an integral part of the concept of digitalization. Most of the methods are based on developed algorithms and higher statistics. We master these technologies and help you to implement them in your environment.
Our philosophy is to make complex things simple. If complex systems are to be used, then it should not become complex for the user but the work should be made easier.
